The Mentalism Lab: Terms of Membership

The Mentalism Lab is a private membership for magicians and mentalists.

By joining, you are granted access to exclusive material, including routines, methods, and training content. This access is conditional and governed by the terms below.

By becoming a member, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Membership Access

Membership provides access to monthly content, the Lab archive (depending on your membership type), Vault releases, and Lab Notes.

Access is provided on a subscription basis and does not constitute ownership of any material.

All content remains the intellectual property of Paul Brook.

2. Intellectual Property & Use

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material.

You may perform the material and adapt presentations for your own use.

You may not share, resell, distribute, publish, teach, or expose any part of the material to non-members. This includes uploading content to forums, groups, or platforms, public or private.

You may not repackage or present the material as your own product.

3. Confidentiality

The value of The Lab depends on discretion.

By joining, you agree to keep all methods, principles, and materials confidential and not expose them to audiences or non-members.

Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of your membership.

4. Membership Types

Monthly Members: Receive Lab Keys each month and use them to unlock content of their choosing.

Yearly Members: Receive full access to all available content with no keys required.

Access remains active only while your subscription is active.

5. Payments & Renewals

Membership renews automatically based on your selected plan (monthly or yearly).

You may cancel at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

6. Account Use

Your account is for individual use only.

You may not share login details or allow multiple users to access a single account.

Accounts suspected of misuse may be suspended or terminated.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if these terms are breached, including sharing or exposing content.

Termination may be immediate and without warning.

8. Content Availability

The Lab evolves over time. Content may be added, updated, or removed.

Membership provides access to what is available during your active subscription.

9. Disclaimer

All material is provided for educational and performance purposes.

We do not guarantee specific results, performance success, or audience reactions.

Your results depend on your own application and experience.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of The Mentalism Lab constitutes acceptance of any changes.
